Routine details

By tapping on a Routine in the list you will expand it's detail view. Here you can edit all it's attributes. The following attributes can be edited:

  1. Title
  2. Status
  3. Importance
  4. Schedule
  5. Pausing
  6. Estimation
  7. Tags

Title

You can edit the title by clicking on it and changing it. The title is fully encrypted based on your password and can't be read by anyone except you. You password never leaves your device, not even during login, which makes a Routine's title end to end encrypted.

Status

A Routine's status is dependent on it's type. A Routine can be normal (Open or Done) or it can be Elastic. You can change a normal Routine to Elastic and back by toggeling the switch button.

If you set a Routine to Elastic you can set the Description of each Elastic-Stage. You can edit the description by clicking on it and changing it. The description is fully encrypted based on your password and can't be read by anyone except you. You password never leaves your device, not even during login, which makes a Routine's description End to End Encrypted. You can also complete one of the three Elasitc-Stages each day the Routine is scheduled.

Importance

Importance can be changed by increasing or decreasing it through the input field. You can read more about Inflammation and Score in the General Principles Section.

Scheduling

To make Routines as adaptive to your life as possible we introduced Scheduling.

By default a Routine repeats itself every day. You can choose to change this Schedule by either increasing the days a Routine should appear or you can switch to a weekly schedule. For a weekly schedule you can choose the interval of weeks (e.G every week, every other week, ...) and on what days of the week the Routine should be active.

We also introduced a Transient-Mode that you can switch on and off. If a Routine is not in Transient-Mode, it will appear again the next day (even though it's not scheduled for that day) if you miss it. If a Routine is in Transient-Mode, it will not appear the next day if you miss it, but on the next date it is originally scheduled for.

Transient-Mode

This is helpful for Routines that are active on a certain day of the week, but can't be done the next day if you miss them.

Pausing

You can pause a Routine for the current date. If paused, the Routine will be automatially unpaused on the next day. While it's paused the Inflammation and Score won't increase. Unpausing it will make the Routine available again today.

Estimation

Estimations are separated in hours and minutes and can be changed by increasing or decreasing them. They are later used to schedule your Routines for the day.

You can see a list of all available tags. By clicking on one of them, you assign it to the Task. You can click again to unassign it. You can add a new tag by clicking the New Tag button. The tag is now available for all other Tasks and Habits as well.
